EU funded project called the Quality Low Input
Food (QLIF) project - found that organic
food is FAR more nutritious than ordinary
produce, and can help improve your health

COULD VITAMIN C JABS CURE CANCER? Dr Julian Kenyon, a
private GP in Harley Street, says: 'What the
American study shows is that when you infuse
amounts as high as 4 grams per kilo - the
equivalent of around 75 grams for an average
adult - vitamin C causes a build up of a chemical
called hydrogen peroxide, which destroys the
tumour.' |

HOW CARE HOME KEEPS ELDERLY HEALTHY: A year ago, 88-year-old
Jean Lavender used to find walking any distance

for a walk most days. And she puts the transformation

THINK BEFORE YOU PINK:
You've
already seen the headlines touting October
as breast cancer awareness month. A zillion
products are available in "pink" editions
now, and gullible consumers snatch them up
at retail outlets without knowing a single
thing about where that money goes. |

LACK OF SUNSHINE CAUSES ONE MILLION DEATHS A YEAR: If vitamin
D3 levels among populations worldwide were
increased, 600,000 cases of breast and colorectal
cancers could be prevented each year, according
to researchers from the Moores Cancer Center
at the University of California, San Diego.

| KRILL OIL:
Tim Ferris and Dr Mercola discuss the benefits
of the oil from this shrimp-like crustacean that
inhabits the cold ocean areas of the world. |
| VITAMIN D:
Once linked to only bone diseases such as rickets
and osteoporosis, is now recognized as a major player
in overall human health. Access to adequate amounts
of vitamin D is also believed to be beneficial towards
reducing the risk of cancer. |
| 24 YEARS OF
DOCUMENTED VITAMIN SAFETY: Over a twenty-four-year
period, vitamins have been connected with the deaths
of a total of eleven people in the entire United
States, and even these are unverified. Poison control
statistics confirm that more Americans die each
year from eating soap than from taking vitamins.
Food Matters' DR ANDREW SAUL reviews the stats. |
